Features of All Programs:
Cohort Size: All programs are cohort-based, with 8-16 students per group.
Program Structure:
Each topic consists of 4 classes, designed to have a fuller exploration of each of the subject.
Programs follow an 8-week schedule, alternating between class instruction, projects, and group & individual coaching sessions.
Weekly Pattern:
Week 1: In-depth class session (3 hours).
Week 2: Practical assignment or project, followed by group coaching (3 hours).
Weeks 3-8: Repeat the pattern of class (week 3, 5, 7) and coaching (week 4, 6, 8), ensuring continuous learning, application, and feedback.
Class and Coaching Details:
Each class provides comprehensive knowledge and real-world examples.
Coaching sessions offer personalized feedback, peer collaboration, and opportunities for participants to reflect and apply their learning.
Assignments:
Assignments are practical, focusing on real-world applications and ensuring that concepts are implemented in participants’ work environments.
Final Coaching Session:
The final session includes a progress review and the development of a personalized action plan for continued growth after the program.
Supplemental Materials:
Participants will have access to curated resources and materials to further enhance their learning experience.
